CR-10 Micro Swiss Hot End Filament Tube Guide

CR-10 Micro Swiss Hot End Filament Tube Guide

I am one of those users where I had my filament clogged in my hot end and done numerous attempts to fix and think about what I can do to prevent this issue from happening less... I think its not possible to completely prevent clogging but what we can do is find ways to make it happen less. I realized when printing large objects as the head moves left and right I observed that the filament tube guide swayed quite a lot... I think (I cannot be 100% sure) if we can have where the connector of the tube meets the hot end to be as vertical as possible... maybe it will help clog the filament less.... its just an assumption however I wanted to design a part where it can help. I am using the CR-10S Micro Swiss all metal hot end so this part is designed to fit the CR-10 using this hotend. If requested I can design one for the stock Creality hot end. :) I am currently using this bracket and observing if it helps it from clogging.... but logically this setup should at least guide the filament smoother into the hot end. To secure the bracket I used one M3x20 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw replaced with the top screw which secures the Creality stock fan.
