CR-10 Mod - Frame Braces

CR-10 Mod - Frame Braces

cults3d

My personal version of the braces for the CR-10/CR-10S frame. My printer is a CR-10 with the dual Z motor Kit, plus belt and pulleys on the top for avoid lost of syncro between the two screws; I had to leave some free space for the installation and the regulation of the pulleys on the top of the upper brackets. In my case, I can reach the full Z stroke of 400mm without interferences, but at the top I have very low clearance at 400mm stroke (~2 mm), so be aware of this! The top bracket uses the OEM hardware (Screws, T- nuts, bearing and bearing cover ), the bottom one need 3 screws and 3 t-nuts each. Needed two threaded bars M8 L=640mm, and 10 M8 nuts Everything printed, and installed! Everything fit good, just for the Nut Covers I used a little of silicon for keep them in place. Thanks
