CR-10 Relocated Extruder V4 with drag chain

I think I've got the final version of my plan to relocate the extruder on my CR-10 to feed filament up from below. I combined an extruder body, a relocating bracket, and a drag chain mount, giving me a solid foundation for this upgrade. To increase strength and prevent warping, I made both the bracket and extruder body thicker than usual, which means I'll need longer screws than what comes with the stock parts. This new design also features an improved filament funnel on the sensor housing and a stiffener along the top of the bracket/extruder for added stability. I haven't printed this version yet to test it out, but my V3 is working smoothly, so I'm fairly confident that this one will be okay too. As for the location of the drag chain mount, I'm not entirely sure - I may need to remix Stevenfayer's base mount to get it in alignment, and his top mount seems to be designed to sit further in than my current setup, but it's hard to tell for certain.
