I initially used @donnyb99's Hotend Cable Management hook but it soon became a hindrance due to my large fingers struggling with the extruder handle. Next, I sought an extension for the handle and stumbled upon @Coolcrawler_'s extended extruder arm. However, I still needed protection for the filament from the Z-axis screw so I cleverly combined all these ideas and added a protective protrusion similar to a soda straw to safeguard the filament as it passes by the Z-Axis screw. It's now installed and functioning flawlessly for me.
