CR-10/S Mounting Bracket - EZABL+E3D-V6

We recently upgraded one of The CR-10S that we have here in my office with a 18mm EZABL leveling kit and a E3D-V6 hotend. Each upgrade came with STL files to mount them, but they were separate files that when printed would need to share a mounting hole. I ended up remodeling these brackets to be one combined bracket that will hold the 18mm EZABL sensor as well as the E3D-V6 hotend. I also wanted to re-use the layer cooling fan that came with the CR-10S. This merged bracket allows for this. I have not printer one yet, but I am providing a verion of this merged dual-use bracket that also has a wire tie-off for both the layer cooling fan and the thermal break fan, instead of having to zip-tie to the base of the bowden tube (as you see in my pics). Please note: The design for the E3D-V6 hotend bracket requires the use of heat-set inserts. I provided the hardware list that I ordered from McMaster-Carr, taken directly from the E3D-V6 instructions. You will only need a couple inserts and screws from each item......unless you do 50 of the exact same upgrades ;). I would like to thank the folks at TH3D and MatterHackers for creating and providing the STL files I used in this mash-up. For anyone out there that needs to mod these parts I hope that you'll find the STEP files useful.
