I took Scholles idea and based on his idea made a new design fitting the CR-10 S5. If you have a different CR-10 than the S5 you might be better off with the original version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2701747 But this one doesn't fit the S5. I haven't tested my bracket on any other printer as I only own this one. I have designed it to be printed lying on the profile towards the stepper as it doesn't require support this way. I used M3x12 to fix it to the stepper and M3x18 to fix it on the profile as I still had M3 hammer nuts lying abouts. The holes on the bracket are 4mm, so you might just be able to get an M4 through. To fix the damper I used M3x60 which I ended up shortening. M3x55 should probably work but I haven't tested.
