CR-10 S5 Y Axis Belt Tensioner

This Is a Y Axis Belt Tensioner designed for the CR-10S 500 x 500 x 500. I had issues with the fitment and function of other Y Belt Tensions. One resulted in a structural fail of the print during printing. This design is similar to other tensioner But I designed it using the stock aluminum bracket. It is a total of 5 parts. I did however use the STL for the knob from another Tensioner. There was no need to design a new one. The frame was seperated into a left and right bracket. The puller was modified to have a thicker base. On another puller I had the hex bolt pulled through the hole. I believe my design is much easier to assemble and is sturdier. still requires a M5 x 16 mm button cap screws and M5 nylon lock nut. a M5 by 30mm hex cap bolt and M5 nut. Update: I made the bottom of the Puller thicker for the M5 Hex cap bolt. under extreme tension the bolt may be pulled through. Most pieces can be printed with a 20% infill. I recommend the Puller and the End Cap at least 50%
