This is a quick and dirty mod/remix of the hero me Gen 7 5015 dual part cooling duct. I cut out the stock mounting plates and patched them and then grafted on a mounting plate from some other mount I found. I printed this in inland PLA + and it's been working fine since I made it. Use build plate supports since this is a pretty difficult part to print. This uses 3 of the stock screws from the original 4010 fan to hold it on, two of them are longer and you'll only need to use one of them. No issues with printing since. I turned the fan down in my slicer software to print at 60% fan speed and it's the same quality as stock but much much quieter. Ramps to 80% for bridges. Part has been installed for 3 weeks with no issues. Printing at 210c on the extruder and 60c on the bed. My wires were Yellow = Red and Blue = Ground/Black. If you want a hotend cover download one you like then add in negative part boxes to go around the new duct. I have one with only two screws attached and it does what it needs to :)
