CR-10 Spool holder with filament guide

I have another printer with a top mounted spool holder that uses a filament guide, which I'd found helpful. When reorganizing my printers I wanted to move the spool holder from the control box to the top of my CR10, however the previous model I used for the filament guide wouldnt work well as it was made for a spool bracket that is vertical rather than at an angle like the CR10. I found a nice mount adapter for moving the spool to the top, and decided to remix it to include the filament guide at an appropriate length with the angled bracket.
