I've got five printers at my disposal... The CR-10 V2 with BL-Touch has been my top choice for most prints, and it always delivers. This remix has been a long time coming... I worked on nine different versions before getting it right - stubbornness paid off in the end! Running this setup for a week now, and I'm absolutely loving the results. TPU, PLA, PETG, Nylon - everything looks cleaner than ever! Sure, I can't quite reach those 90mm/s print speeds (I stick to 50-70 most of the time, and dial it back to 20mm/s for TPU), but I get a job well done. Dual-gear setup with a Direct Drive Extruder and stock run out sensor mount make this printer a beast. When printing tall parts, I simply remove or move the filament from the top - easy peasy! This conversion did require some rewiring to lengthen the fans, extruder drive, and run out switch. Luckily, I was able to snag extra Creality wires on Amazon and use tools/ribbon cables for the rest. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!
