Cr-10 Z-Axis Stepper Motor Damper Bracket

Here is a bracket to mount a vibration damper on the bottom of the Z-Axis Stepper Motor on the Creality Cr-10. It replaces two of the bolts on the bottom of the stepper motor with longer M3 x 30mm bolts, these can be found at your local hardware store fairly easily. This bracket uses 2 - M4 x 10mm bolts that screw into t-nuts to attach to the 20mm side of the 2040 extrusion. I designed two different sets of holes for mounting the motor damper to the printed bracket. One is a set of fixed holes (which are centered on the extrusion) and the other is adjustable side to side if your lead screw does not line up perfectly with the fixed holes. Also make sure to rotate the stepper motor so that the wire connector is facing the back of the printer. If you don't already have an adjustable Z-Axis limit switch mount I would recommend printing one beforehand to adjust the home position easier. I had previously printed and tried using other designs I found on Thingiverse that mounted the stepper damper on top of the motor but most seemed to have issues. They either got in the way of the bed, fit the stepper motor way too tightly thus defeating the purpose of the damper, or introduced too much wobble in the stepper motor that it misaligned the Z-axis lead screw.
