CR-10S Filament Guide/Cable Holder

My CR-10S has a newer extruder and the lever is rather long. Because of the longer lever it blocked the cable holder in the original model by MasterFX. I simply cut the part into 2 pieces, moved them 16mm apart and lofted them back together in Fusion 360. This moves the cable holder out 16mm more than the original and easily clears the lever.
