-Housing (support needed in one area) - Print standing up with the face with the filament entry hole against the build plate and the flange mount up. I was a little disappointed with the original Creality filament sensor that comes with the CR-10S, so I designed my own with a snap on lid. No more screw on lid, so it's easy to pop it open without tools to see if something is wrong inside like a small piece of filament is jammed. This one also shouldn't break, we broke about 5 of the original Creality ones over the years. I also added a through hole to allow any small pieces to simply fall out and hopefully prevent a false reading which occasionally happened to me with the old housing, resulting in failed prints. The alignment of the filament to the extruder is also much improved, although I am using the red anodized aluminum extruder parts, which seem to be slightly different alignment from the Creality injection molded ones. Long story short, it is optimized to work best with the aluminum upgraded parts, but it still works fine with the originals too. Loading filament should be much easier! Test it out and let me know your thoughts. -Lid (no support needed) - print inverted with the top surface against the build plate. Print in clear material, or if you can print multi-material use the two piece files to print the lens clear and lid any color. I used a Palette 2. -Tubing cutter (no support needed) - print with the large flat surface against the build plate. Use the tubing cutter and a razor knife to cut 2 pcs of Creality bowden tubing at the correct length and push both pcs firmly into the hosing. (the cutter gives you the correct length, and the second hole is just for cutting tubing at any length)
