CR-10s Filament Sensor

I designed this to be used with a PC4-M10 PTFE Push in Quick fitting to accommodate a boden tube. This fitting is not necessary if you want to use this a standard spool dispenser for you filament spools. Be aware that I am still working on this. The filament can tend to get blocked when trying to feed it through although I don't have too much trouble with it. Cut the end of your filament at a 45 degree angle to help feed it through. When mounting this it is quite difficult to align the bolt holes if both bolts are removed. I suggest cutting the head off the longest M3 bolt that you have, take one bolt out, screw in the headless bolt, then remove the other bolt. Now you can mount this part to your printer, screw in one bolt, (I used M3-12 bolts for the 2 mounting bolts) remove the headless bolt and screw in the second bolt. I have a picture showing the part mounted with the headless bolt in, I used a M3-20. The purpose of the headless bolt is to keep the other hole aligned and it does not needed to be threaded in far. You can use needle nose pliers to thread it in or if you have a long enough bolt you can use your fingers. This part uses 3 M3-12 bolts screwed through the bottom to secure the top onto the base, although this part is quite snug and the bolts can be left off. I am including a picture of my spool dispensing system that was inspired by one of Thomas Sanlanders YouTube videos. I will be uploading files for that as a separate thing. Update 3-15-18: Uploaded file with improved part integrity.
