CR-10S Pro / CR-10 Max Hemera adaptor

<p>A simple mounting system for adding an E3D Hemera to either a Creality CR-10S Pro or CR-10 Max.</p> <p>The main printed part simply acts as a washer/spacer for the Hemera, with the aim of max rigidity. It also serves as a template for drilling two holes in the x axis carriage.</p> <p>Note: this has only been tested with a volcano hot end, not a regular V6.
