An guided brace which can help the filament move into the hotend more smoothly... I noticed that there was a noticeable bend where the bowden tubing and the hotend meet. In the long run through wear the bend might create additional friction which can lead to clogs and stress to the extruder motor. This brace in my opinion can help feed the filament more smoothly however a long term testing will be needed on my side. So far with this upgrade I had no issues with printing.
