CR-10s Pro V2 Direct Drive Bracket

I modified Achocho's design to support only stock parts. So this bracket fits the stock Cr-10s Pro V2 dual gear extruder and stepper and situates it directly above the stock hot end. Ive found that if you use just the hot end's ptfe capture nut (so not using the capture nut on the extruder) , it works just fine and is heaps easier to install. Ive put a guide hole on the top to enable the use of a zip tie to gather all the wires up
