CR-10S spool holder upgrade

*updates below the text* Hey guys!! This is my upgrade for the spool holder oft he CR-10S, but in principle it can be used on similar spool holders too. The main points of the design are: -) No extra parts -) Reuse oft he stock spool holder -) Reduction of the friction -) Centering of the spool on the holder to ensure a smooth run -) Loading filament without deinstalling any parts So I came up with this design. It´s still not done so if you see any issues or you have some recommendations, please don´t hesitate to contact me and tell me your ideas! Sorry the models are not orientated, this will be done soon! The spool holder is designed for Sunlu spools, but if you send me your dimensions I´ll provide a version for other spools too! When I printed the spool holder I had a quite visible Z-line and blobs, so you might sand it a little bit after printing. It was planned to but some silicon grease between the parts, but from my point of view it´s not necessary. THIS PROJECT IS STILL ON-GOING!!! Please be patient with me and let me know if you face any problems, I´ll try to do updates asap! My settings in S3D (with different processes): Nozzle: 0,4mm Layer: 0,2mm Inner part: 3-4 shell/top/bottom layers; 20% Infill for the Collar & 0% for the part above; No supports needed Outter part: 3-4 shell/top/bottom lines; 20% Infill for the collar (up to line 95/or 19mm) & 0% for the rest; Supports needed Happy printing!! ****UPDATES**** Update 1 (18.07.2018): Added a new outter part for spools up to 85mm width (outer_part_W85; not tested yet)
