Solid 20x20x100 bar for ensuring the z-axis overhang is accurately positioned prior to printing. Print two of these, stand them against the tower rails in the front of the machine with the z-axis raised to 110 mm, then slowly lower the z-axis, ensuring it sits flush against both bars equally without any tilt to either side. Taking this measure before you begin your printing everyday can save you a lot of trouble in the long run, not to mention the filament.
