Maybe it was just mine, but my CR-10v3 Filament run-out sensor housing had too many issues, the switch either wouldn't trigger, or the metal "Tubing" they use to run your filament through was shaving down my filaments. I threw this quick TinkerCad made housing together and it works fine.
