YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETELY LINE IT UP WITH THE HEATBLOCK OR TOUCH THE LED, THE AIR IS SHOT FORWARD. SCROLL TO THE POST PRINTING SECTION FOR INSTRUCTIONS. This is CR-6 SE Bullseye Mount for the stock fan and stock hardware.. 12MM or longer M3 bolts (2) and nuts (2) are required. You can print the fasteners if you lack the required hardware. The nuts should be printed on a raft at .05 to .1mm layer height. You need a very finely tuned printer/filament for these. Randomising Z-seam will help. You can also adjust the Hole horizontal compensation. One of the known weaknesses of the the CR-6 SE is that its fan only cools in one direction and isn't that strong for overhangs and fine control--you can refer to Sebastian Damaans CR-6 SE vs BIQU B1 cooling comparison for an example. I wanted a mod for the CR-6 that rectified this while using the stock hardware. The bullseye is a CFD refined shroud by David Petsel that is capable of 80 degree overhangs and 140mm bridges using the stock part cooling 4010 blower. This mod makes the necessary modifications and provides a mount for using the shroud design on the CR-6 SE. This should be compatible with the stock CR-6 SE. We are currently testing if it is compatible with a 4040 hotend fan. Recommended to print in a temperature resistant filament. Requires adjusting for best results. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HX0FZUbIUw Had to move the arms for the bullseye to fit on the CR-6.
