Silicone Heat block mold for CR-6 SE. Printing Information The inner part needs support. Other can be print without it. To Inject the silicone - Soak all mold parts in a bath of 1/4 water 3/4 dish soap - Assembly the mold wet - Lock the mold with 4x Ø3mm rod (BBQ sick is perfect) - Get High Temperature silicone. (Any brand of Hi-Temp RTV Silicone Gasket) - Inject the Silicone from bottom in the 7 injection holes. Start by the 3 center ones - Check on the lid part that the 4 air vents are pouring silicone out. if not add more silicone - from the bottom where it is missing - Let cure at least 12h - Remove the Outer and lid parts and keep the case around the inner part - Let cure another 12h - Cut off the excess on the case - Remove the inner part - Your good to go ! :) Don't forget to do Autotune of the PID M303 S215 C10 (S=nominal temperature C=number of cycle) Then record the result and save it.
