CR Touch mount for Ender-3 Pro with MicroSwiss Direct Drive Extruder + v4.2.7 controller

Adapted dmatos's BL Touch mount for Creality's new CR Touch probe for my Ender-3 Pro. I thickened the mount's arm for added strength and to slightly lower the probe height, added a piece that sits against the left edge of the Micro-Swiss frame to help with alignment, enlarged the semi-circular cutout to better clear a screw head on the Micro-Swiss frame, and opened up space for the CR Touch's cable connector. The two probe mounting holes are for McMaster-Carr's M3 threaded insert #94459A130 (which are excellent). It's working great for me. Probe offset from nozzle is approx 43mm along x-axis (to left of nozzle), and 10mm along y-axis (in front of nozzle). My Micro-Swiss direct-drive extruder was purchased in fall 2020 (I mention because there appear to be 2 slightly different variations). Note that the CR Touch probe requires that the printer has been upgraded to the new v4.2.7 main board.
