This is a remix combining two filament sensor housings. I bought endstop sensors by mistake (commonly used for 3d printers)(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1WQA48/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and did not find one that used this type of sensor plus attached to the extruder. Original things/users: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2480901 https://www.thingiverse.com/GiantMidgt https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2443425 https://www.thingiverse.com/STIG_ V2, updated one of the holes to allow easier install of the filament to the extruder. V3 - I widened the hole for the filament so PTFE tube can be put before and after the sensor. I noticed that it was rubbing on the plastic in areas which could cause snags. using the PTFE tubing ensures that the filament moves smoothly.
