Update 6/22/21 Opened clearance on body mounting holes .025mm This is for the CR10 Smart only. I decided to mount the filament spool on the top of the frame and wanted an easier way to guide the filament to the runout sensor. Required hardware: 608 Bearings (2) ZZ, 2RS doesn't matter M3x25 (2) for mounting the body to the sensor (replaces original screws) M3x20 (1) for the single roller body only M3x16 (2) for the double roller body only The double roller guide was my original plan for using a spool on a shelf at mid height of the z-axis. It was designed to transition to the bottom roller once the gantry reached a certain height. I decided I wanted to use a single roller but I'm adding the double roller design here if anyone wants to use it. Instructions: For the single roller, print (1) single roller body, (1) 608 bearing roller, and (1) roller retainer. No supports required, I used .16 layer height for the roller, and .20 for the retainer and body. For the double roller, print (1) double roller body, (2) 608 bearing rollers, and (2) 608 bearing plugs. Do not use the retainers with this design unless you want to chance them getting pinched in between the rollers. No supports required, I used .16 layer height for the rollers, and .20 for the bearing center plugs and body. 30 percent infill for the body and 10 percent for everything else.
