I found this bltouch adapter but it was not on the same side than the original so i remixed it to make the bltouch the good side and no need to change cr10 settings. https://cults3d.com/fr/mod%C3%A8le-3d/outil/bl-touch-mount-to-direct-drive-ender-3-and-similars It is meant for direct drive modification (see picture).
