CR10 v3 Filament Guide with M8 Hardware

thingiverse

This is a remix of michalefordtld2's CR10 V3 Filament Guide. Goal here was to remove the snap in bearing holders and allow for M8 bolts to be used instead. This reduces the amount of supports needed for printing, greatly reducing print time. (It does, however, require you obtain M8 hardware) Hardware needed - 4x M8 05mm bolts 4x M8 nuts 20x M8 washers (you may need more, or less depending on washer depth, this can vary slightly between material and brand) Stack up the M8 washers under the bearing to get the track to the right height. Also added some relief on the gussets to allow for bolts to be tightened. Relief is also added to the mounting holes for the filament sensor. The standard print and bolts for the filament sensor will have you cutting the threads in the plastic, if you don't want to do this, you can enlarge the holes to 3mm and get some longer M3 bolts, and use nuts on the backside.
