CR10S filament sensor plate which points to the back of the printer and is bolted to the mount of the x drive. I use an enclose for the CR10S for noise reduction and reduce power consumption to keep the heet in. The filament is standing on top of my enclosure and therefore the filament will go from the extruder to the back of the printer and to the top. The original filament holder slides on, which in my opninion is a bad design and will come loose after a while. The bolt at the wheel is an M5 bolt. Use spacers at both sides of the wheel. The bolt in the filament sensor bottom part must be flat to ensure that there is no contact with the PCB of the filament sensor. The bottom part of the filament sensor is needed to mount to the plate. The top part of the filament sensor can be reused. As a side note: When using Octoprint the filament sensor is not working. It only works when using an SD card. I only use Octoprint, so in fact there is no use for the filament sensor at all, unless Creality updates the firmware to support Octoprint with the filament holder.
