Cr10s Pro Enclosure - Alternative Airflow System

Since I didn't like the original air duct from the enclosure project, I decided to design my own. The complicated print job was a major turn-off, and the lack of a base plate in the parts list made addressing the air vents on the bottom of the printer nearly impossible. To create my new air duct, I headed to the hardware store and picked up an MDF plate for around 4 euros. Next, I took my design plan to the print shop and had them blow it out onto a large sheet of paper in Din A0 format. Once I got home, I carefully taped the construction plan to the MDF baseplate. With the plan securely in place, I used a sharp knife or cutting tool to cut precise holes into the plate. After completing this step, I applied foam tape to seal up any gaps underneath the printer. This not only helped to keep dust and debris out but also reduced vibration that could compromise print quality.
