Cr10s pro Y carriage linear rail plate

Sketched a Y carriage Linear Rail template to fabricate from aluminium. printed in PETG because i was curios on weight/ strength compared to the original steel Y carriage. but it seems solid enough, theres a slight spring to the front and back similar to what you get when using bed springs. print quality seems superior and i lost around 400grams on the Y carriage using this part. printed this thing using ... Generic PETG 1mm nozzle 1.2 extrusion width .32 layer height 15% infil 120% infill width Print the bed mounts and Y carriage bracket in PETG/ABS. the other parts can be pla if need be. Ive been using PETG solid bed mounts for over a year now and i cant see any reasons heat would be an issue here.
