After many revision. I have finished the roller attachment model. All you need is to print two of them, two m5x18 hexagon socket screw (extra hardware with printer) and four 608 bearing (8mm bore, 22 OD, 7mm width). The roller has 7mm of adjustment to get that perfect alignment by extra roller mounting holes and eccentric pin, . Use the tools that came with the printer for mounting and adjusting I made this model to for testing the printer . No supports are needed. Roller and pins are breakaway parts with minimal cleanup. The roller is printed in mid air for over 30mm at a time. Front and side holes. A slot printed upside down.
