I remixed these Gulfcoast Robotics LED lightbar endcaps (Gulfcoast Robotics LED Bar Light Reverse Mounts by made_man; Thingiverse item# 4127510) to allow for mounting to the top rail on my CR6-SE. I ordered this version of the lightbar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LT2JKRS/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_Z6ZM5EEBGYH4TS9PKB8X The existing endcaps on the lightbar will need to be removed to install the new parts. For the right endcap, the power port will need to be unsoldered from the cable to allow for removal and re-installation into the new bracket. I used the hardware that came with the lightbar to mount the bracket to the top rail.
