I really liked jsturm's CR6 hot end fix spacer design, as it allows for the PTFE tube to be inserted into the spacer for perfect alignment. The only issues I had were that 1) I was having trouble getting the top hole aligned for the filament, and 2) the hole for the PTFE was a little tight. I bowled out the top of the spacer where the filament enters to ensure that it will line up and I haven't had any issues since. I also opened up the hole for the PTFE tube very slightly so it is a tiny bit easier to get it to seat in there.
