If you use a 0,8mm nozzle or more and you want clean overhangs, you need to improove part cooling. I designed a staionary high performance part cooler for this task. The blowers are fixed to the frame so the weight wont effect the printing head. The air travels through 1/2" hoses to the printhead. You will need the following parts: +) 2x 50x50x15mm 24V Radial Blowers: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08PV27LVM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 +) About 1.5 meters of 1/2" Gardenhose, as soft an light as possible +) Superglue +) 1x M6x50 Screw (or longer, does not matter) +) 4x M3x25 Screws +) 2x M6 Nuts +) Zip Ties +) Soldering Equipment +) M3 and M6 Threading Equipment (If you dont have that, you can try hearing the screw up and threading them in) +) 2,5 & 5mm Drill I recommend using PETG for everything. If available use the most ridget and thermal resitant material you have for the fan duct holder and the fan duct. I used for both Carbonfiber reenforced materials. Installation: You need to drill an thread the holes at the Fan_Connector yourself. I did this on purpse, in case you use other fans. Wireing: Connect the two fans on one connector by soldering them. U may need to change +/-. Glue the Fan Duct to the Fan_Duct_Holder by unsing superglue. Depending on which hotend you use you need to determent he ideal position first,
