Drew up some modified 3DPrinted Parts for my Crack Yak XL 43" to accommodate my Blue Bird Servos BMS125WV and add a few ideas. to the stock parts for fun. Aileron CH -Close to stock, beefed up a tiny bit with some artistic flair Aileron Servo CH - slightly beefier than stock, wider opening for 4 way arm only Rudder CH - Close to stock, beefed up a tiny bit with some artistic flair Rudder Servo CH - slightly beefier than stock, wider opening for 4 way arm only Elevator CH - Thicker base than stock. Elevator Servo Control Horn - slightly beefier than stock, wider opening for 4 way arm only Landing Gear Block - Tighter tolerance than stock - beefed up a little. X-Mount - Is a work in progress. it's 3gr heavier than the stock ply mount, same amount of flex. currently utilizes 1-1.2mm carbon rods for some added support NEW - Tailwheel bracket! This is a play off of the original rudder hinge design but takes the load off the rudder during landing a nd transfers it to the fuselage instead. Requires a wheel collar, 0.62" wire (1.6mm) stock hinge screw, and two servo screws. I used a wheel I had laying around.
