A horizontal cradle made for the Samsung Qi charger version EP-PN920BWEGWW. It probably fits other models. The internal diameter is 101.5 mm, which is smaller than the charger: it was designed so the charger sits on top but in practice it nicely slots in. The internal dimensions of the rectangle are 155 x 85mm, they fit my S6 Active in its case.
