This is a simple and easy to print ball bearing spool holder for Craftbot printers, to be clamped onto their genuine friction type 10.5 mm diameter / 99 mm open length spool holder. It uses two standard 608 (skateboard) ball bearings. ==================================================================== Update 4 May 2022: I developed an alternative solution wit 6003 ball bearings, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5369605 ==================================================================== So descend to your basement, fetch that old dusty skateboard and canibalize it for two 608s ! On top of that you need two M3 x 20mm screws and two M3 nuts. As usual I include the OpenSCAD source file in case you want / need to make improvements or adjustments.
