This is a set of inserts for a Craftsman router table. Outside diameter is 3in. Instep diameter is 2+7/8". Thickness of outer rim is 3/32in. Total thickness is 3/16in. I copied the inner diameters from a set of inserts I saw on ebay. Inside diameters are 1 1/4in, 1 7/8in, and 2 1/8in. Costs $15 on ebay for a set of these and Cura says it costs about 70 cents for all three with 50% infill. I'm going to try PLA and if they don't hold up then I'll just reprint using ABS. FreeCAD source is included if you need a custom center size then you can make one easily. Update: My print of these inserts got done and I went to try them out and they were a hair too snug. So I just got my rubber mallet and tapped each one in 2 to 3 times to shave that hair off. After that they fit incredible and pop in and out by hand. And the top is perfectly flush with the table because I measured everything with calipers first. Very nice results! My printer driver steps/mm are calibrated with a dial indicator so your print fit may vary depending on how accurate your stepper calibration is.
