Craftsman/Stanley Storage Bin Tray Dividers

After purchasing both the Craftsman CMST40739 and CMST40730 storage bin organizers from Lowe's recently, I quickly discovered that not only did they not come with tray dividers, they were not to be found anywhere I looked. Product reviewers expressed similar frustration. I tried a variety of dividers that I came across, to no avail. I finally came to Thingiverse and while I found some dividers for other organizers, nothing I found fit the bill. So I dusted off OpenSCAD and designed my own. These dividers work for the Craftsman 39 and 30 bin organizers found at Lowe's here (as of time of this writing): https://www.lowes.com/pd/CRAFTSMAN-Bin-System-30-Compartment-Plastic-Small-Parts-Organizer/1000578345https://www.lowes.com/pd/CRAFTSMAN-Bin-System-39-Compartment-Plastic-Small-Parts-Organizer/1000578341 These should also fit the Stanley-branded respective models STST40739 and STST40730 available from Amazon and other dealers. Included are both small and large (for the large trays of the 39-bin model) dividers, in both STL and source .scad files. These are separate files so that you can customize and print whichever one(s) you need. If you need to tweak measurements for better fit (either due to printer calibration or if for some reason your drawer dimensions slightly differ), you can do so with Customizer or by editing the values at the top of either the large or small .scad files and re-render in OpenSCAD to export a new STL. Note that all the .scad files need to be saved to the same folder. The craftsman_drawer_divider_common.scad file contains the common core functions required to render both divider sizes. This should not be edited unless you want to actually tweak how the shapes are created. Dimensions alone can be adjusted in the respective large or small divider files (or in Customizer). My best results on my Ender 3 were with a 0.3mm layer height, 0-5% infill, 2 top and bottom layers, and a wall thickness of 1.2 (3 wall lines). As I've set the dividers to be 1.5mm thick, a 0.3mm layer height evenly produces 2 top and bottom layers and 1 layer of infill/emptyness in between, i.e. 5 layers total equaling 1.5mm. I like the dividers to have a little flex to them, so I keep the infill very low or off completely. 0% and 5% worked well for me, while 10% was quite stiff. In the attached photos you can make out the 5% infill lines through the 2 layer shell. On my printer it takes about 45 minutes to print one large and small divider together, so you're not going to be knocking a lot of these out in a few minutes. You can tweak the quality settings down even further, but further loss of quality didn't appeal to me. If you need a quantity of these, I'd recommend filling your build plate to capacity and just letting it print for several hours. I printed up a few more than I needed to get started, then as that supply runs low I'll print up a few more just to keep some on hand, as I don't need a divider for every drawer.
