Crazy Camels for first edition of Camel Up board game

thingiverse

The second edition version of the Camel Up board game adds a new twist - Crazy Camels. These camels race around the track counter-clockwise, sometimes forcing the 'normal' camels to move backwards. It's a neat addition to the game. If you already own the first edition you can play with Crazy Camels as well! Note that you can't just use one of the original camels, the humps won't stack. This design has been adjusted to allow the original camels to stack on top of the crazy camels. 3D print yourself two camels, in whatever colors you prefer (don't use the colors in the base game). Then find yourself a wooden six-sided die, the dice in the first edition are pretty standard. The die in the new edition is 1-1-2-2-3-3, so you'll need to tweak that six-sided die. I found a white die and used some markers to white out some of the dots on the 4-5-6 sides, then colored half of the sides one crazy camel color and the other half to match the second crazy camel (see the photos). Rules for Crazy Camels (aka Rogue Camels) are in the second edition rulebook located here: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/176062/camel-second-edition-en-rules Enjoy!
