Crazyflie 2 holes to 30.5 mm 'standard' drone mount

Needed to mount my Crazyflie 2 to a multirotor frame for a research project a while ago. I couldn't find a good way to do it, but thankfully I have a 3D printer so I can just fab a custom mount with precisely positioned, minute details. The 30.5x30.5 center to center hole pattern seems to be some kind of de-facto standard on some quadcopter frames I have come across. use the included hardware with the BQ deck (I think m2.5) and some m3 hardware to secure to your frame of choice. v[nottagged]: first design, too hard to put together, not enough space v1.1: easier to put together, material reduction
