Creality (CR-10, Ender) Dual Cooling Duct V2

This is a simple, lightweight and modular cooling duct for Creality 3D printers (CR-10, Ender) with Micro Swiss hotends (radiator width up to 22 mm). It consists of two parts: a base (which doubles as a hotend cooling duct) and a model cooling duct. Model cooling duct height is adjustable (range is 5 mm). The cooling solution is designed for 3010 axial (hotend cooling) and 5015 blower (model cooling) fans. Base has a compact mount for BL-Touch ABL sensor (offsets are X=-35, Y=0). List of additional parts: - 1x 5015 blower fan - 1x 3010 axial fan - 2x M4 bolts (L = 20 mm) - 2x M4 nuts - (optional for mounting BL-Touch) 2x M2.5 screws (L < 10 mm) Assembly instructions: 1. disconnect stock fans and their mount 2. mount base plate on the X axis carriage using two stock M3 screws 3. secure heater element and thermistor cables using clip on the right side of the base. 4. insert 3010 fan into its slot in the base (no screws needed!) 5. insert M4 nuts into slots: between fan slot and BL-Touch mount on the base and in the tower on model cooling duct 6. place 5015 fan into its position on the model cooling duct and secure it with an M4 bolt 7. align the model cooling duct against the base for desired height relative to the nozzle (feel the airflow around it) and secure it using an M4 bolt (check that it's bottom is parallel to the bed plane) 8. connect fans
