This is a holder for a dial indicator for the CR-10 where the stock cooling fan shroud has been replaced with something else. (OEM fang, some other fang or cooling solution, or E3D hotend) It will hold a dial indicator with a 9.5mm barrel, such as the cheap ones that can be found on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016R3GLB0 It uses the existing mounting hole on the hotend mounting plate. it requires an additional M3 nut and bolt.
