Creality CR-10 top mounted SD card extender + tool holder

Not being happy with other CR-10 tool holders or SD extenders, I had to (sigh) make my own. Remixed from the side mounted SD extender, using only the SD bracket part because I was too lazy to design my own. This holder friction-fits nicely on top of the CR-10 control box, although a spot of (removable) glue might be needed. There are 2 versions: the tray by itself, or with a "sidesaddle" tool caddy. Sidesaddle remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2253349 There is also a separate file for just the sidesaddle, which could be mounted with glue or tape anywhere.
