This is a big-wheel filament feeder to guide the filament in cleanly. Parts required: one M6x30 bolt or a printed axle one 17x6x6 bearing This part is retained under the filament switch itself and clamped by the original 4 screws. There is a quarter-circumference guide to keep the filament on the wheel. The big wheel reduces the loading on the feed motor as the filament makes a less dramatic change of direction than the standard setup. I liked the idea of having a wheel, but wanted a bigger one than some other designs I've seen. The two halves of the bracket are printed separately and I glued them together with UHU Hart, which is very effective on PLA Update - This design does knock 28mm off your maximum Z axis height. I will have to adapt the design to account for this at some point. To fix this issue, the bracket has to originate from under the filament switch rather than over it.
