Creality CR10 / Ender 3 Direct Drive Conversion for BMG E3D V6 with EZout and EZabl / Compact, Quiet, Good Cooling, 40mm Fan

Hello and Servus This Direct Drive Conversion Kit is for a Creality Ender 3 / CR10 Printer. Some Direct Drives have a poor cooling or a loud fan or a bulky style... I could not find a quiet, compact Version with good cooling; so I made one myself. This also includes a separate mount for an EZabl 12mm; EZout Filament Sensor and a 5mm LED. Design Goals: Compact (Good Looking :-)) Quiet (Use of Noctua Fans) Good Cooling (from all Sides) LED Light Modular (separate Parts for better printing) Easy to Print (less Support while printing) Easy to Mount (bolts at original points) Including Mounts for EZabl Mini and EZout and LED Light IMPORTANT NOTES: a) The bottom Screw to adjust the roller wheels needs to be shortend down to the nut; otherwise the Fanduct will not fit. b) Some Srewholes maybe a little small so use a drill if so. c) The 40x10mm Noctua Fan need the mounting holes drilled about 0.5mm-1mm bigger; to fit the pattern of the BMG. Do not drill too much otherwise the Screw will slip through. d) Due to the bigger Heatsink the Nozzle is a little bit further in Y. So here are my settings in the Firmware: // The size of the print bed X_BED_SIZE 235 Y_BED_SIZE 222 // Travel limits (mm) after homing, corresponding to endstop positions. X_MIN_POS 0 Y_MIN_POS -13 NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 33, 16, -0.36 } Please check the 16mm this may vary depending in which angle you fix the mount If there is a demand for a BL-Touch Mount; I can desgin one if i get the dimensions.
