I have a new Ender 3 and found that the bed keeps changing its level day to day. I think the springs under the bed are not tight/springy enough so i made these spacers to close the springs a little more to make it tighter. Print 3 thick spacers and 1 thin. The thin one fits under the heater wire corner.
