I was tired of messing around with spacers and the likes and I had lost the spring for my extruder, so I decided to use a leftover M5 bolt from the Ender 3 kit and all of the hardware present in the stock extruder arm. P.S. THE NON-GUIDE VERSION WAS UPLOADED UPSIDE DOWN SO YOU WILL NEED TO ROTATE 180° in YOUR SLICER! The guide version will require a small section of PTFE tube for the guide. You may need to drill out some of the holes. Also, I found that around 20mm between the arm and the other black plastic thing worked well for tension.
