Creality Ender 3 Filament Arm

Creality Ender 3 Filament Arm

This is my first design! I made it using Tinker CAD. Basically this piece fits into the extruded aluminum frame with no nuts or bolts. I have my filament spool mounted at the top of my frame and wanted a way to keep the filament from touching the lead screw. I had wanted to accomplish this without using any other hardware (IE: T-Nuts, Bolts, Etc.). As you can see in the photos (excuse my messy work space), the filament arm avoids the lead screw by a short distance. The total length is about 45 MM and total width is about 15 mm. It is a relatively short print and it took about 12 attempts to tweak it. - CAD Software: TinkerCADD - Slicer: Cura 3.6.0 - Computer: MacBook Pro
