Properly aligned and squared leadscrew nut mount for direct drive only. Remix of a remix. I was having some weird z banding and decided to revamp the lead screw alignment. A common problem on Creality printers is the leadscrew nut mount is not square. Having a precision 3d printed mount can guarantee a better (square) alignment. For the size of an ender 3, it is not necessary to do dual z motor axis when everything is aligned properly. (Not my video) This explains better the problem - https://youtu.be/xnzNd_FIMKY It is stiffer and the screw holes for the anti-backlash nut have been widened a few millimeters to better fit the common anti-backlash nuts found on Amazon. The body has been thickened and the screw mount arm has been given EXTRA support. Its SOLID and STIFF. Uses all original Creality hardware. Print with at least 30% infill. No supports needed.
